Lift One Condominiums offers an outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end, a fence, and a pool cover. A large hot tub is situated steps from the units, providing a post-mountain day soak. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and sun umbrellas are available around the pool area. Guests also have access to a shared lounge/TV area for relaxation. Daily housekeeping and free private parking are provided on site. The property operates invoice billing and has CCTV in common areas and outside the property as security measures.

Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, plus a washing machine. A fireplace and a seating area are standard in every condo, along with a flat-screen TV.
